Melissa Abbott

Melissa Abbott is currently the Principal at Berdon. Melissa has over fifteen years of experience in tax compliance and estate planning. Melissa began their career as an Associate Attorney at von Briesen & Roper, s.c. in May 2005. In November 2006, they joined Grant Thornton as a Tax Senior Associate in their Private Wealth Services group. In November 2009, they moved to Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP as their Trust and Estate Senior Tax Manager. In October 2014, they joined Raich Ende Malter & Co., LLP as a Tax Principal. Melissa has experience with various tax issues, including international trust issues. Melissa is a member of the American Bar Association and the Wisconsin Bar Association.

Melissa Abbott has a JD from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
