Rebecca Goodman-Stephens

Rebecca Goodman-Stephens is the current Chief Operating Officer at Berdon. Prior to this, they served as the Chief of Staff at WeiserMazars LLP from September 2011 to December 2016. In this role, they worked directly with the Executive Committee and the Partnership on Governance, Leadership & Strategy, Coordination & Communications, External Growth and Partnership Life. Rebecca also cooperated on multicultural projects with the Mazars Secretary General and their team.

Goodman-Stephens has a long history of working in leadership positions within various companies. Before WeiserMazars, they served as TAG Alliances (TAGLaw, TIAG, TAG-SP) from January 2010 to September 2011. In this role, they were responsible for the overall management and operation of the organization. This included developing and implementing strategies, plans and policies to ensure the growth and profitability of the company.

Goodman-Stephens is a highly skilled and experienced leader. Rebecca has a proven track record of success in both their previous roles and their current position. Rebecca is a strong advocate for change and has a passion for helping others reach their full potential.
