Caitlin Canderan

Caitlin is a Vice President at Berenson and leads the Firm's marketing and business development efforts.

Prior to Berenson, Caitlin shaped her career in financial communications while executing investor relations strategy for public companies with two agencies, and then followed these efforts by moving into business development with Axial, a leading deal platform.

While at Axial, Caitlin supported investment banks with the restructuring of their business development strategies. She went on to join a client, Aerospace Equities, to rebuild their brand, origination strategy, and deal execution process. These efforts led to new relationships with A&D entrepreneurs and two closed transactions.

Outside of the financial services industry, Caitlin led the build-out of sophisticated customer success and marketing operations at a B2B software company, Tacton Systems, and a B2C sports entertainment company, Clash Endurance.

Caitlin earned her B.A. in Communications from the University of Central Florida.
