Pat Jarvis has extensive experience in sales and management roles in the plumbing and bathroom products industry. They started their career at Kohler Co. as a Branch Manager and increased sales by 10-15% after integrating two acquisitions. Jarvis then worked as Vice President Sales & Marketing - North America & Caribbean for Dornbracht, where they led the 75-person North American operations to return the company to profitability after a fire disrupted product shipments. At Hydro Systems, Inc., they were brought in as Vice President International Sales & Marketing to transform the sales culture and rebuild the sales team, resulting in a 5% revenue growth and 15% margin increase in six months. Jarvis then became Vice President International Business Development at MTI Baths, where they developed and implemented a growth strategy and managed 45 staff in the project department. Their work led to $370K in new sales and $500K growth in customized product sales. Most recently, Jarvis was General Manager - USA at AD Waters, where they managed all aspects of the US/Caribbean market, including sales, marketing, warehouse, customer/technical service, operations, and US product imports from European manufacturers, and led a team of 50 salespeople. Jarvis is currently the VP Sales & Marketing at Berenson Hardware.
