Brian Sutton currently serves as the V.P. Culinary at Berg Hospitality Group, a position held since June 2022. Prior to this role, Brian was the Executive Chef at Joseph Phelps Winery from April 2017 to April 2022 and the Executive Sous Chef at Calistoga Ranch from 2014 to April 2017. Additional experience includes working as a private chef and kitchen consultant at Southtown in early 2014, where services included private dining experiences and business improvement consulting. Earlier in Brian's career, the role of Executive Chef was held at Compass Group from December 2011 to July 2013, and as Executive Sous Chef at Garrett Hotel Group from July 2004 to November 2010.
