Megan Humphreys

Megan Humphreys currently serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Berg Hospitality Group, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Megan was with MGM Resorts International, where from July 2020 to August 2024, Megan held the title of Vice President of Food and Beverage Strategy. Earlier experiences include serving as Vice President of Food and Beverage and Executive Director of Food and Beverage at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino Las Vegas from August 2018 to July 2020. Additionally, Megan spent over a decade at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in various food and beverage leadership roles, starting as Restaurant Manager and advancing to Director of Food and Beverage. Megan's career in hospitality began at Westin Hotels & Resorts as a Food & Beverage Manager. The academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Penn State University, completed in 2004.
