Dorinda van Dam is an experienced professional in quality management and allergen consultancy, currently serving as Kwaliteitsmanager at Bergbanket since November 2022. Previously, Dorinda worked as a Trainer/Consultant at Allergenen Consultancy from October 2019 to September 2022, specializing in allergen management for the food industry in the Netherlands and Flanders.
