Suzanne Sulin

Suzanne Sulin has over 15 years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, and training. Suzanne is currently working as the Director of Learning & Development at Bergdorf Goodman since September 2019. Prior to that, they started their own consultancy firm, Suzanne Sulin Consulting, in July 2019.

Their previous role was at SoulCycle Inc., where they served as the Senior Director of Learning & Organizational Development from November 2018 to July 2019. During their time there, they focused on hospitality and customer engagement, implementing comprehensive learning journeys and individualized development plans.

Before SoulCycle, Suzanne worked at kate spade new york for several years, starting as a Manager of Learning and Development in April 2011 and gradually moving up to become the Senior Director of Global Learning & Organizational Development. Suzanne led training teams across multiple locations worldwide, created brand-focused training programs, and spearheaded the launch of innovative selling and service cultures.

Earlier in their career, Suzanne gained experience in marketing and public relations as an Account Manager at Redpoint Marketing/PR. Suzanne also had a role at Ralph Lauren, where they worked as an Account Executive and VIP Special Projects Coordinator, as well as a Regional Sales Manager.

Suzanne Sulin holds a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Marketing and Management from the Fashion Institute of Dallas. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2008, they became a Pilates Certified Teacher (PCT) from Power Pilates. In 2011, they became a Life Orientations Certified Instructor from Life Orientations (LIFO). Continuing their professional development, Suzanne obtained the Certified Trainer certification from The Energy Project in 2022. Most recently, they completed 104 required hours of Coach Training in the CTI Coach Training Program offered by the Co-Active Training Institute in January 2023.
