Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop forecasts and set performance goals for the operations team to drive excellence.
• Evaluate operations performance, identifying opportunities for enhancement.
• Design and refine analytics data pipelines to support real-time and historical dashboards, facilitate reverse ETL analytics and enhance AI data pipeline metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into decision-making processes, leveraging advanced pipelines and automation.
• Drive AI initiatives by developing proof-of-concept applications and working with business stakeholders and engineering teams on product development.
