Simen Sundfjord Otterlei

Simen Sundfjord Otterlei is an experienced journalist with a diverse professional background. Currently serving as a journalist and Frontsjef at Bergens Tidende since January 2020, and also leading the koronadekning team, Simen has previously held notable positions at Norsk rikskringkasting (NRK) from September 2013 to December 2019, including Vaktsjef and journalist roles. Earlier in the career, Simen worked as Nyhetsleder and journalist at Bygdanytt between August 2009 and September 2013. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor in Language, Communication, and Media from Volda University College, obtained in 2010, and additional studies in Social Anthropology from the University of Bergen in 2016.
