Nishant Ravi has extensive experience in supply chain management, currently serving as Manager - Supply Chain Procurement at Berger Paints India since August 2022, where responsibilities include end-to-end category management for industrial pigments, inventory management for multiple plants, and strategic sourcing initiatives. Prior to this role, Nishant was a Management Trainee at Jeena & Company, specializing in supply chain process improvement and vendor management, achieving significant reductions in turnaround time and enhancing service excellence. Nishant's leadership experience includes serving as Convener for the Business Interaction Committee at NITIE and working as a Product Management Intern at Emproto Technologies, focusing on market entry strategies. Academically, Nishant holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Gandhinagar Institute of Technology.
