Owais Ahmad

Owais Ahmad is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in e-commerce and operational management. Currently serving as Operations Lead at Flipkart since September 2018, Owais oversees Last Mile Operations, managing a team of over 100 members to enhance customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Owais held the position of Depot Manager at Berger Paints India while also working as a Senior Executive in Hub Operations. Owais holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya, obtained between 2005 and 2008.
