Martin Lundberg

Martin Lundberg serves as General Counsel and M&A at Bergman & Beving since December 2008, where responsibilities encompass a broad range of legal areas including contract law, employment law, disputes, and intellectual property law. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at MAQS Law Firm and Advokatfirman Oebergs AB, as well as serving as a Law Clerk at Västmanlands tingsrätt. Martin Lundberg holds a Master of Laws degree from Uppsala University and a Master of Laws from KU Leuven, alongside a degree in Företagets Ekonomi from IFL Stockholm School of Economics.
