Kurt Charland, CPESC, LEED AP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and site design. Since March 2012, Kurt has served as the Owner/Partner at Bluebell Hopyard, while simultaneously holding the position of Senior Project Manager at Colliers Engineering & Design since April 1998. Kurt's educational background includes an AOS in Site Design from Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology (1996 - 1998) and an AAS in Land Surveying from Paul Smith's College (1994 - 1996).
