Fabián Andrés Gaviria Cataño

Fabián Andrés Gaviria Cataño is an experienced professional in project management and change management, currently serving as Líder de proyectos estratégicos at Berhlan Colombia since October 2023. Previously, Fabián worked at Coéxito as Líder de Gestión del Cambio y PMO Interna, leading organizational change initiatives and the implementation of an ERP system. Fabián's career includes roles such as Project Manager at Fundación Social Fonaviemcali and Project Engineer at RE4 COLOMBIA, focusing on sustainable electrification projects. Fabián holds a Master's in Project Management and a Specialized Degree in Comprehensive Project Management from Universidad de San Buenaventura, along with an Electrical Engineering degree from Universidad Autónoma de Occidente.
