Luis Eduardo Mahecha Varela

Luis Eduardo Mahecha Varela is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational management with a strong background in talent acquisition and employee welfare. Currently serving as Jefe de Atracción y Bienestar at Berhlan Colombia since September 2023, Luis is responsible for managing attraction and well-being processes at strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
