Rogelio Ayala

Rogelio Ayala is a seasoned professional in sales and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Sales for Food Closures at BERICAP since April 2021, after holding various leadership roles at Menshen Packaging USA, Inc. for nearly 25 years, including VP of Sales and VP of Sales & Operations. Rogelio possesses extensive experience in managing key accounts across diverse sectors such as CPGs, multinationals, converters, and co-packers, and has successfully developed new product lines, increased revenue, and led significant capacity expansion projects. Previous roles also include Manufacturing Manager, IT Manager, and System Administrator, demonstrating a strong background in engineering, operations, and IT project management. Rogelio holds a Master of Science in Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
