Brian Gould

Brian Gould is a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate industry with extensive experience in capital markets and advisory roles. Currently serving as Managing Director at Chatham Financial since June 2019, Brian leads the commercial real estate capital advisory division, providing strategic advice on debt and equity needs. Prior to this role, Brian was the Director of Capital Markets at JBG SMITH, overseeing the financing of a diverse portfolio exceeding $7 billion. Brian also held positions as Vice President at Guggenheim Partners, focusing on high-yield investments, and as Senior Analyst at Prudential Mortgage Capital Company, contributing to significant CMBS and FNMA transactions. Brian earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University.
