Bryce Nyberg

Bryce Nyberg is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in corporate development and digital transformation. As Vice President of Corporate Development at Berkadia since May 2017, Bryce has successfully led initiatives involving acquisitions, investments, and divestitures, notably guiding the acquisition of SaaS and ML/AI companies and managing the divestiture of the redIQ subsidiary. Previously, as Director of Transformation at Berkadia, Bryce was instrumental in driving the company's digital transformation efforts to enhance operational efficiency. Prior experience includes serving as an Analytics/Project Manager at Pluralsight and O.C. Tanner, where strategic project management and financial modeling were leveraged to facilitate global market expansion. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategy & Finance from the University of Utah and a BS in International Business Administration from Utah Valley University.
