Damon Rankin

Damon Rankin is an accomplished financial executive, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Berkadia since November 2018, where responsibilities include managing a 90-person underwriting Shared Service Center and implementing underwriting process improvements for a leading multifamily real estate lender.
