Mary Killeavy

Mary Killeavy possesses extensive experience in commercial real estate, specializing in underwriting, asset management, and capital structuring. Currently serving in Capital Markets at Berkadia since April 2022, prior roles include Vice President in Commercial Real Estate Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and positions at Capital One and CapitalSource. Mary began a career in investment banking as an intern at Askar Capital Investment Bank. Educationally, Mary earned a Bachelor's degree from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and a Master's degree in Business with a focus on Real Estate from Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies.
