Megan Bell

Megan Bell, SHRM-CP, has over a decade of experience in human resources and recruiting, currently serving as the AVP of Human Resources and People Relations at Berkadia since July 2019. Previous roles at Berkadia include Human Resources Director and HR Business Partner Team Manager. Prior to joining Berkadia, Megan worked at Cardone Industries as HR Manager and held various HR roles at Back on My Feet and Cardone Industries, including Recruiting Manager and HR Analyst. Early career experience includes positions at Turnberry Solutions, NTT DATA Americas, and ITT Technical Institute. Megan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a focus on Entrepreneurship from Cedarville University and has further education from Villanova University.
