Steven Doggett

Steven Doggett has over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, primarily with Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union. As a Loan Originator since May 2014, Steven has been instrumental in setting consumer loan interest rates through participation on the Asset/Liability Management and Pricing Committees, while consistently earning the "President's Club" Award for top performance. Earlier roles included Assistant Manager, where team development and community outreach were priorities, and Member Relationship Advisor, focusing on member engagement and training. Steven began the career as a Teller, excelling in transaction processing and credit card sales. Steven holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance, both from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
