David Belz

David Belz is an experienced technology executive currently serving as a Principal at Qualcomm since January 2019 and as a Co-Founder of Scoop Systems since January 2015. Prior to these roles, David held positions as VP of the Enterprise Business Unit at Marvell Semiconductor from February 2012 to October 2014, and as VP of Research, Development, and Customer Support at Lucid Logix from March 2008 to February 2012. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Engineering at Cisco Systems from March 1997 to February 2008 and as Engineering Manager at RADWAY from 1992 to 1997. David began career development as a Development Manager at Digital Equipment Corporation from 1987 to 1992. Academic credentials include an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
