Ray Salem

Ray Salem is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as Senior Director of Technology at Qualcomm since September 2014. Ray has excelled in various roles, including Principal and Senior Staff Manager, focusing on modem hardware modeling and facilitating successful design verification for firmware and software development. Prior to this, Ray contributed as a Board Member at Rise Up Industries, promoting gang prevention and intervention services. Additional roles include consulting for Qualcomm, system architecture, and co-founding IPG Communications, which was acquired for its expertise in software-defined radio technology. Ray holds a Master's of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Engineering from San Diego State University.
