Matt Coates

Matt Coates serves as a Senior Account Manager at Berkeley Capital Advisors since January 2021. Prior to this role, Matt held multiple positions at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services from April 2017 to January 2021, including Transaction Coordinator and Senior Associate, where expertise in acquisitions, dispositions, and lease negotiations for 7-Eleven investments was developed. Matt also operated and managed the firm's 7-Eleven Division and contributed to the Convenience Store Tenant Vertical within the Single-Tenant Net-Leased Practice Group. Earlier experience includes serving as CFO at Re-Soap from September 2013 to September 2014 and as a Sales Manager at Vector Marketing from July 2009 to December 2012. Matt earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Chapman University between 2009 and 2013, and attended Servite High School.
