Nate Cordray

Nate Cordray is a seasoned investment sales broker at Berkeley Capital Advisors, a position held since October 2021, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of retail, industrial, and medical investment properties across the nation. With a focus on preserving and creating wealth for clients, Nate provides comprehensive real estate investment research, advisory, financing, and transaction services. Before joining Berkeley Capital Advisors, Nate gained experience at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services from February 2018 to October 2021, and previously held roles at ESPN as a Senior Account Executive from September 2011 to February 2018, and at CBS Radio as an Account Executive from December 2010 to September 2011. Nate holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a minor in Sports Management from UC Santa Barbara and has further education from the University of Nevada, Reno.
