Justin Schooley

Justin Schooley, Ed.D., has extensive experience in human resources within the education sector, currently serving as the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources for Berkeley County Schools WV since August 2001. In this role, Justin manages a team for the operations of the Human Resources Department, oversees employee relations and discipline, and develops strategies for recruitment and retention of staff. With a strong background in policy analysis and training, Justin has also held various leadership roles within the American Association of School Personnel Administrators. Academic qualifications include an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership from Shenandoah University, an MS in Industrial Relations from West Virginia University, and a BA in Secondary Education from Alderson Broaddus University. Justin has also contributed as a Local Coordinator and Area Representative for Youth For Understanding USA since August 2015.
