Aditi Chakravarty

Aditi Chakravarty is the Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer at Berkeley Lab. Aditi has over 10 years of experience in diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and change management. Prior to their current role, they were a Senior Consultant at Paradigm Strategy Inc., where they advised companies on building diverse and inclusive workplaces. Aditi has also served as an Engagement Manager at CEB (now Gartner), where they designed and implemented comprehensive learning & development and change management solutions for customer service-driven organizations. In addition to their professional experience, Aditi is also a board member and recruiting lead for Mosaic, an employee resource group at Gartner that focuses on diversity and inclusion.

Aditi Chakravarty has a degree in Adult Development & Organizational Psychology from Harvard University, a degree in Anthropology from Columbia University, and a degree in Vocal Performance from the University of Melbourne. Aditi also has certification from Google in Adwords and from General Assembly in Digital Marketing Analytics. Finally, they are a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
