Dean Sansovich

Dean Sansovich is a seasoned investment professional with a strong background in real estate and finance. Currently serving as Director of Investments at Berkeley Partners since November 2019, Dean focuses on investment activities in California and the Pacific Northwest markets within the firm’s multi-tenant light industrial real estate sector. Previously, Dean held various roles at GLP from August 2017 to November 2019, culminating in a Senior Associate position in Transactions, where responsibilities included executing acquisitions and dispositions, notably assisting in transactions totaling 12 million square feet of logistics properties and the sale of the US platform to The Blackstone Group for $18 billion. Earlier experience includes positions at RSM US LLP and True Partners Consulting. Dean holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from DePaul University.
