Dom Refuerzo

Dom Refuerzo is an experienced professional currently serving as the Board Secretary for San Francisco Community Land Trust, where responsibilities include preparing agendas, taking minutes, and managing organizational documents. As a Board Member, Dom is involved in finance, audit, and hiring committees, ensuring mission alignment across practices. Dom also works as the Box Office Lead at Berkeley Repertory Theatre, addressing customer needs and ensuring compliance with labor laws, previously holding the role of Box Office Agent. With a background in spiritual and religious support at Emory University, Dom has experience in marketing, event organization, and AV support. Additional roles include educational assistance in local schools and internships in theatre and hospitality. Dom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Composition with a minor in Mathematics from Emory University.
