Brian Hoyt is a seasoned management consultant with extensive experience in enhancing business performance and profitability, particularly within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Managing Director at BRG since April 2013, Brian previously co-founded Fountainhead, LLC, where leadership was focused on consulting for Fortune 500 companies and top law firms. Prior roles include Management Consultant at King, Pagano & Harrison, where Brian led revenue recovery projects, and Manager at Arthur Andersen's Strategy, Finance & Economics consulting group, tackling complex business challenges.
