Carmen Aurora Ríos Borrero

Carmen Aurora Ríos Borrero is an experienced Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) professional currently serving as the DEI Manager at Berkeley Research Group since August 2023. In this role, Carmen leads the strategic design and implementation of the firm’s DEI strategy, focusing on fostering inclusivity, developing employee resource groups, and managing mentorship programs. Previously, Carmen held the position of DEI Manager at The Carlyle Group, where efforts resulted in significant improvements in employee engagement and external DEI rankings. Carmen started the professional journey at Siemens, holding various roles from Financial Analyst to Data, Research and Insights Lead, actively contributing to diversity and communication initiatives. Carmen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the UCF College of Business.
