Jillian Gomez

Jillian Gomez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and workplace management, currently serving as the Director and Head of International Workplace at Berkeley Research Group LLC since December 2014. In this role, Jillian supervises business-wide operations and collaborates with executives, including the C-suite, to fulfill the operational requirements of various offices in alignment with strategic growth plans. Previously, Jillian worked at Target from October 2007 to August 2014 in several leadership roles including Executive Team Leader Human Resources, where responsibilities included planning HR processes and coordinating the hiring and training of over 400 new team members for a new store. Jillian holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in American History and Theatre and Performance Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
