MacKenzie Shea

Mackenzie Shea currently serves as Managing Director at Berkeley Research Group LLC since June 2020. Prior to this role, Mackenzie was Lead Transaction Counsel and Associate General Counsel at Gordon Brothers from October 2016 to June 2020, where responsibilities included managing deal documentation as front-line transactional counsel. Mackenzie also held the position of Partner at K&L Gates from March 2008 to October 2016, focusing on bankruptcy and insolvency matters. Earlier experience includes being an Associate at McCarter & English, LLP and serving as a Judicial Law Clerk at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts. Mackenzie holds a Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor's Degree from Assumption University.
