Currently serving as Managing Director at Berkeley Research Group and Cotswold Consulting Group, Phillip has held key executive positions at notable companies including GaffneyCline and Baker Hughes, where responsibilities included project development and commercial risk investments. With a strong background in business development and commercial operations across various sectors, Phillip is recognized as an industry expert and serves as an expert witness in LNG and Joint Venture arbitrations. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Civil Engineering from RMIT University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Australia, and a Diploma of Resource and Energy Economics from UCL.
