Rebecca Altman Rn

Rebecca Altman, RN, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various healthcare organizations and consulting firms. Rebecca began their career as a Registered Nurse and Nursing Supervisor at Lancaster General Hospital, where they also assisted with grant opportunities and fundraising for women's health issues. Rebecca then transitioned to the financial sector, working as a Portfolio Manager for Middleton Gardiner Group and a Management Analyst at FINRA. In 2010, Altman entered the healthcare consulting field and held roles as a Managing Director at Johns Hopkins Medicine International and a Senior Director at xG Health Solutions. Rebecca also worked as an Adjunct Professor at George Washington University during this time. Altman's expertise in population health led their to become a Managing Director at Berkeley Research Group, where they provided consulting services on population health strategies and implementation. Most recently, they have held executive positions at LifeBridge Health, serving as the Vice President and Chief Integration Officer before assuming the roles of Vice President and COO at Sinai Hospital and Grace Medical Center, and later as the SVP, President, and COO at Levindale Hospital. Rebecca pursued further education at Franklin & Marshall college from 2001 to 2005, earning a BA degree in Finance, Accounting, and French. Later, they attended The George Washington University School of Business from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained their MBA degree, specializing in Finance and International Business.
