Rita Whiting

Rita Whiting is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in global human resources management, diversity and inclusion, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as Global Human Resources Manager at Berkeley Research Group since May 2023, Rita previously held the position of People and Culture Manager at Grant Thornton International Ltd, where significant contributions included managing global recruitment, implementing a new HRIS, and spearheading impactful diversity and inclusion initiatives. Rita's career also includes roles in administration and coaching, showcasing a strong foundation in HR practices and the development of employee engagement strategies. Rita holds a BA Hons in Sociology and Social Policy from the University of Kent.
