Shawn Ashworth

Shawn Ashworth is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in retail and management consulting. Currently serving as Managing Director at BRG since March 2023, Shawn focuses on full company transformation, merchandising excellence, omni inventory management, retail analytics, supply chain, store operations, organizational effectiveness, and cost optimization. Prior to BRG, Shawn held the title of Managing Director at AlixPartners from April 2008 to March 2023, specializing in performance improvement and turnaround advisory services. Shawn's career began at Kurt Salmon Associates, where management skills were honed as a Manager from June 1999 to April 2008, leading process improvement and technology consulting engagements in the North American retail sector. Shawn Ashworth holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Purdue University, earned between 1995 and 1999.
