William Kerr

William Kerr is a highly experienced economist with a diverse career spanning several decades. As the Managing Director at Berkeley Research Group LLC since 2010 and President of William O. Kerr & Company since 2005, William has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in the field. Previous roles include Economist at LECG (2005-2010), Navigant Consulting (1999-2005), and Capital Economics (1985-1997), as well as Co-Founder at PENTA Advisory Services (1997-1999) and Economist at Arthur Young (1979-1985). Earlier in the career, William served as an Economic Policy Analyst at CONEG Policy Research Center and as an Associate Professor at Long Island University, CW Post Campus. William holds a Ph.D. in Economics from The New School, earned between 1973 and 1979.
