Lena Schwallenberg

Lena Schwallenberg is an experienced higher education professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Residential Education at Berklee College of Music since September 2021, having previously held roles including Assistant Director for Residential Education, Area Coordinator, and Resident Director. Prior experience includes serving as the Residence Life Coordinator at Tufts University, overseeing on-campus housing and supporting over 1,500 students, and as a Graduate Intern for Event Management at the University of Florida Student Government. Lena has held several leadership positions within the National Association of College and University Residence Halls, Inc., including CEO & Chairperson, where responsibilities included managing administrative and marketing needs and overseeing significant financial allocations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Student Personnel in Higher Education and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, both from the University of Florida.
