Rosemary Shadow

Rosemary Shadow has extensive experience in student affairs and residential life, currently serving as the Associate Dean of Student Affairs at Berklee College of Music since August 2011. Over the years, Rosemary has held multiple leadership roles at Berklee, including Director of Campus Life, Director of Residential and Housing Operations, and Assistant Director of Housing Staff Development and Operations. Additionally, Rosemary was the CEO of The Welcoming Committee from April 2019 to March 2021, and previously served as Operations & Community Manager at the same organization. Prior experience includes various roles at Westfield State University, such as Residence Director and Assistant Coordinator of Logistics for New Student and Parent Orientation. Rosemary holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration with a focus on Non-Profit Management and a B.S. in Movement Science, Sport, and Leisure Studies, both from Westfield State University.
