Tom Ponti

Tom Ponti is an experienced professional currently serving as the Accompanist Coordinator at Berklee College of Music since August 2017. Prior to this role, Tom held various positions at State Street from 1986 until March 2016, concluding as a Vice President and Strategic Project Director for the Chief Operating Officer for North America. In this capacity, Tom successfully managed the offshoring of 750 jobs from Boston to multiple locations in India, implementing oversight models and balancing workloads across different cities. Tom earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Administrative Science from Colby College between 1981 and 1985.
