Prior to this role, Andrew was a Principal and Director of Practice Management at Cannon Design, focusing on enhancing operational quality and efficiency globally. Andrew's career at OWP/P Architects and Engineers spanned several roles, including CFO, Contracting Officer, and Principal Director of Education, where responsibilities included financial management and developing risk management procedures. Earlier experience includes architectural roles at OWP/P, James March Goldberg Architect, and Skidmore Owings & Merrill LLP. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and completed the Kellogg Management Institute at Northwestern University.
