Karen Edmonds

Karen Edmonds is an Executive HR Manager at The Berkley Group since October 2019. Prior to this, Karen held various leadership positions in the HR sector, including President and Vice President at the Virginia SHRM State Council. With over two decades of HR experience, Karen has extensive knowledge in benefits administration, employee relations, training and development, personnel policies and procedures, and performance management. Karen's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from Liberty University.
