Shadi Albert

Shadi Albert has a diverse work experience spanning several prestigious companies in the insurance and reinsurance industry. They began their career with Guy Carpenter as a P&C Treaty Reinsurance Broker in 2004. In 2008, they joined Aon as a Senior Analyst in Reinsurance, Rating Agency & Capital Modeling. In 2009, they moved on to WTW as an AVP in Reinsurance, Rating Agency & Enterprise Risk Advisory, where they stayed until 2013.

From 2013 to 2023, Shadi held various roles at Selective Insurance, starting as an AVP in Reinsurance & Enterprise Risk Management, then progressing to VP in Commercial Lines Underwriting & Director of Field Operations, SVP in Southwest Regional Manager, and finally EVP in Strategy and Business Development.

In 2023, Shadi joined Berkley Luxury Group (a Berkley Company) as the President. With their extensive experience and leadership roles, Shadi has demonstrated their expertise and success in the insurance and reinsurance industry.

Shadi Albert has a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Saint Joseph's University - Erivan K. Haub School of Business. They also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Dual Majors: Finance and Risk Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. Additionally, Shadi Albert holds a CPCU, ARe, ARM certification from the American Institute of CPCU. They are also an alumnus of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School (AMP 201).
