Richard Yeoman, CIC CRM AU has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Richard is currently serving as the Chief Underwriting Officer at Berkley North Pacific Group, a position they started in September 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Oregon Mutual Insurance, including Vice President of Underwriting and Marketing from November 2020 to May 2022, and Director of Underwriting from November 2020 to September 2022. Before joining Oregon Mutual Insurance, Richard worked at Encompass Insurance as a Regional Director of Distribution from September 2019 to November 2020. Richard also has a significant tenure at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where they held several positions such as Branch Executive from January 2018 to August 2019, Commercial Lines Underwriting Manager from February 2016 to January 2018, and Senior Underwriter of Commercial Lines from September 2007 to November 2011. Richard began their career at Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Rotational Development Program Trainee in June 2005.

Richard Yeoman, CIC CRM AU, obtained their education from the University of Southampton. From 2000 to 2003, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science. Then, from 2003 to 2005, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same university. In addition to their academic achievements, Richard has also obtained various certifications. In 2006, they obtained the Associate in Commercial Underwriting (AU) certification and the Program in General Insurance (INS) certification from The Institutes-AICPCU. In 2009, they obtained the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) certification, and in 2012, they obtained the Certified Risk Manager (CRM) certification, both from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research.
