Susan DelValle, WCLS, has extensive experience in workers' compensation claims, currently serving as a WC Claims Examiner at Berkley Risk since February 2014, specializing in assigned risk claims for Connecticut, Delaware, Vermont, and New Hampshire. Additionally, Susan has worked with Berkley Risk Administrators since 2009, processing lost time claims for the City of Bridgeport's Fire and Police Departments and managing subrogation recoveries. Susan's career began at General Casualty from August 1995 to June 2009, where skills were developed in both the accounting department and as a Claims Representative, focusing on New York No Fault and Workers Compensation claims. Susan holds a Workers Compensation Law Specialist degree from the American Educational Institute, earned between 2011 and 2012.
