Michelle Billups currently serves as a Wellness Care Manager and Health Navigator/Community Health Worker at Berks Counseling Center since April 2014, where responsibilities include advocating for clients with behavioral health and substance abuse disorders, and promoting overall health as a wellness advisor. Prior to this role, Michelle worked as a stylist at Big League Haircuts and Boscov's Department Store from 2004 to 2014, and as a life skills worker at New Morgan Academy in 2002. Michelle holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling from Alvernia University, a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior/Applied Psychology from Albright College, and an Associate in Applied Arts in Addictions from Reading Area Community College.

Berks Counseling Center (BCC) is a recovery oriented behavioral health and supportive services non-profit organization located in Reading, PA with offices in Phoenixville, PA at the Chester Counseling Center (CCC).
