Baye Adofo-Wilson

Baye Adofo-Wilson is the current Director at Berkshire Bank. Prior to this, they were Of Counsel at Rainone Coughlin Minchello, LLC from January 2018 to April 2019. Baye also has experience as an Urban Design Critic from August 2014 to May 2015 at Harvard University Graduate School of Design. As well as working in development at BAW Development, LLC. Baye also has experience as a Deputy Mayor/Director of Economic & Housing Development from January 2014 to September 2017 in Newark, NJ. Baye Adofo-Wilson also has experience as a Founder & Executive Director from April 2002 to August 2013 at Lincoln Park Coast Cultural District and as a New Jersey Director and Senior Director of Community Economic Development from March 1999 to April 2002 at Regional Plan Association. Before all of this, they were a Specialist and 2nd Lieutenant in the US Army and New Jersey National Guard from January 1986 to August 1992.

Baye Adofo-Wilson has a Loeb Fellowship from Harvard University's Graduate School of Design, a BA in English and Sociology from Rutgers University - Newark, and a Certificate in Real Estate Development & Finance from New York University's Schack Institute of Real Estate. Baye also has ROTC Graduate and Commission (ECP) from Seton Hall University in Military Science, Leadership and Operational Art. Lastly, they are certified by the American Planning Association as a Certified Planner (AICP) and by the New Jersey State Bar Association as a New Jersey Bar.
